Book Tastes of the Old Vilnius
The gastronomic tradition of Vilnius has always been an integral part of the Vilnius multicultural character. On the occasion of the capital's 700th birthday, it inspired historians Rimvydas Laužikas, Antanas Astrauskas, and Aleksandras Belyj to tell the city's culinary stories. The recipes from the old stories were interpreted and modernised by our chef Tomas Rimydis.
