Accessibility and addability

Ertlio Namas restaurant is located in Vilnius Old Town, in a historic building, so access may be more challenging, but we are always ready to help.

A contact phone number is displayed at the restaurant entrance: +370 637 33300

Our staff will help you get inside or provide any other assistance you may need during the restaurant's working hours.

You can also let us know in advance — we will make sure your arrival goes smoothly.

PARKING

  • The nearest parking spaces are on Šv. Jono Street and the neighbouring side streets.
  • A car may stop briefly at the entrance to make it easier to drop off a passenger.

ENTRANCE TO THE RESTAURANT

  • The entrance is from Šv. Jono St. 7.
  • There is a small step at the main door.
  • There are 3 steps in the corridor.
  • Our team will be glad to help you get inside using a ramp — just let us know before you arrive or call us upon arrival.

MOVING AROUND INSIDE

  • The restaurant's spaces are spread across three floors.
  • For guests with reduced mobility, the rooms on the first floor are easily accessible.
  • We can reserve a table specifically on the first floor so that your visit is comfortable.

TOILETS

  • The restaurant does not have a fully adapted toilet for guests with reduced mobility (there is no sufficiently widened entrance or handrails).
  • The toilet is on the first floor, but the entrance width and manoeuvring space are limited.
  • If you have specific needs, we recommend letting us know in advance so that we can prepare the most comfortable place for you and provide any assistance you may need.
